DECREE No. 02/PR ACPINC/2026 of January 29, 2026

Regarding the convening of the electoral body for the election of the executive bureau of the association of Cameroonians in the Philippines (ACP Inc.)

THE PRESIDENT OF THE ASSOCIATION

👉 Considering the creation of ACPinc; 👉 Having regard to the certificate of incorporation of ACPinc at the SEC dated July 18, 2014; 👉 Having regard to the statutes of ACPinc; 👉 Having regard to the amendment of the Constitution of ACPINC of June 29, 2025; 👉 Having regard to the text governing the organization of Elections integrated into the Statutes of ACPinc;

DECREES

👉 ARTICLE 1: Members of the Association of Cameroonians in the Philippines (ACPINC) are hereby convened to vote on Sunday, March 29, 2026, for the election of the Executive Bureau. 👉 ARTICLE 2: Members have a period of 2 months from the date of this convocation until the eve of the election to regularize their membership status in order to be eligible to vote. 👉 ARTICLE 3: The Independent Electoral Commission is responsible for ensuring the regularity of elections and the electoral process. 👉 ARTICLE 4: This decree shall be registered and published as necessary.
